This notice is specific to the Founding 25 program. It sits alongside Monyra's general Privacy Policy, which continues to apply to your Monyra account.
1. Who this applies to
This notice applies to anyone who submits a Founding 25 application, and to anyone accepted as a founding participant. It covers the application data you give us and the participation data we record while the program runs.
2. What we collect
From the application form: your name or preferred name, email address, confirmation that you are 18 or older, country of residence, why you want to use Monyra, the product areas you selected, how you manage money today, your biggest frustration, your experience level, your willingness to participate and to give feedback, your estimated weekly time, any optional explanation of fit, and your consent choices.
Automatically, for abuse prevention: the time of submission, your browser, your operating system, and a truncated IP address. This is used only for submission throttling and abuse review. It is never used for selection.
From participation: your checklist progress, your feedback submissions, your participation status, and your reward state.
3. What we do not collect
The application form has no field for, and we do not ask for: Social Security or other government identification numbers, banking credentials, credit reports, account numbers, exact income, exact debt balances, or financial documents.
4. Why we collect it
- Consent — to process your application and contact you about the program. You give this explicitly on the form and may withdraw it at any time.
- Consent — for optional marketing email. Separate, optional, and withdrawable independently.
- Legitimate interest — for abuse prevention and submission throttling, using truncated technical metadata.
5. Who can see your information
Three different kinds of information are involved, and each is handled separately:
- Founding applications. Your application answers and internal reviewer notes are accessible to the Monyra administrators who review applications or administer the program. Reviewer notes are never shown to applicants.
- Participant feedback. Your feedback is accessible to you and to those administrators.
- Personal financial information in your Monyra account. Anything you enter inside the Monyra application is stored in your own account and remains subject to Monyra's existing owner-scoped access rules. It is not part of your application and is not reviewed alongside it.
- Founding participants are not given administrator privileges. Participation is a record, not a permission.
We do not sell your application data. It is not shared with advertising or analytics tools. It is accessible to the Monyra administrators who review applications or administer the program, plus the infrastructure providers that host and deliver the service and email.
6. What you enter inside Monyra
Anything you enter inside the Monyra application belongs to your own account and remains subject to Monyra's existing owner-scoped access rules. It is separate from your Founding 25 application and is not reviewed alongside it. We never use your financial data for marketing, and we never send financial data, report contents, account numbers or balances to advertising or analytics tools.
7. Retention
- Applications not accepted — retained for 90 days after the recruitment window closes, then deleted, subject to any applicable legal or regulatory retention obligation. Where such an obligation applies, the retention period is extended only as far as that obligation requires.
- Accepted participants — retained for the duration of the program and a reasonable period afterwards, for reward administration and audit.
- Feedback — retained for the duration of the program and a reasonable period afterwards for product-improvement analysis.
- Technical abuse metadata — retained only as long as needed for throttling and abuse review.
Where a reward has been granted, we may retain the minimum record required to honour it.
Deletion of unsuccessful applications is carried out by a scheduled review after the recruitment window closes. Automated deletion is not active at present, and no records are deleted automatically today: the review is performed by an administrator, and only the records it identifies are removed.
8. Your rights
You may:
- request a copy of the application data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your application data;
- withdraw your consent to processing, or to marketing email, at any time;
- withdraw from the program entirely.
To exercise any of these, email us at support@monyra.app, or use the legal contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period.
9. Security
Application data is stored in access-controlled records. The access rules are configured so that applications, reviewer notes and feedback are readable by administrators, and a participant can read their own participant record and their own feedback. These rules are reviewed and tested, but no system can be guaranteed to be free of defects. If you believe you can see information that is not yours, please report it using the contact details in section 12 and we will investigate.
10. Children
The program is open only to people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly process applications from people under 18; such applications are not accepted.
11. Feedback and ownership
You retain ownership of your personal information and of your personal financial data. By submitting product suggestions, ideas or feedback, you grant Monyra permission to use them to improve its services, without payment or attribution. We will not publish your feedback with your name attached without your explicit permission.
12. Contact
Questions about your application data, or any request under this notice, should be sent to support@monyra.app, or through the legal contact page.
